Terms of use

Last updated: [DD-MM-YYYY]. By using Nook you agree to these terms with [COMPANY NAME].

1. Your account

Give accurate details, keep your password safe, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

2. Groups and admins

A group is run by its admins. Admins can invite and remove people, choose settings, and buy a plan for the group. Content in a group is visible to its members.

3. What you may not do

Do not break the law, harass others, upload harmful files, try to reach other groups' data, abuse Nook AI, or try to disrupt the service.

4. Your content

You own what you create. You allow us to store it and show it to the people you share it with, so the app can work.

5. Nook AI

Nook AI can be wrong. Check its suggestions before you confirm them. Do not rely on it for legal, medical or financial decisions.

6. Plans and payments

The Free and Plus plans are described in the app. Plus is a subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store and billed to the group admin, with a [7-day] free trial for new subscribers. Manage or cancel it in your store account. If a subscription ends, the group returns to Free limits and nothing is deleted. Prices may change with notice. Refunds follow the store's rules.

7. Changes and ending

We may change or stop features, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using Nook and delete your account at any time.

8. Our responsibility

[Have a lawyer complete this section: warranties, limits of liability, governing law (Singapore), disputes.]
